Hello and Thank you for your inquiry into our pet sitting services of MeAndMyDog.com.  We do pet sitting in our Saylorsburg, PA home. Pets are free to move about in our home depending on the pets house training skills.  All pets are supervised and kept gated in the same room we are in and given access to other rooms only if the appropriate skills are demonstrated.  All pets, for safety purposes, are gated and/or crated when not directly supervised, for example: dressing the day, bathroom breaks, going downstairs to do laundry, walking out to mailbox to get mail, just as if in your own home.  Pets are free to intermingle only after a 24 hour assessment period with acceptable results have been met.  All pets are gated and/or crated at night for bedtime for safety purposes and for the comfort of the house pet residents (we find that it is a much more comfortable environment for both guests and resident pets).  Pets are taken outside (both individually and depending on their socialization skills, with other pets for long play periods).  That is a bit about what we do.  We live in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania, 15 minutes from the Delaware Water Gap.  All Arrival (drop off)  and Departure (pick up)  times are  pre scheduled in accordance to Anita's New Jersey based work schedeule.  Arrangements can also be made for the owner to make Arrivals and Departures at our home in PA, with the exception of Sundays as they are reserved for family.  Our standard fee is currently $35.00 per day plus tax.  Fee for Pets with ‘special needs’ is higher depending on their individual requirements.  Additional services such as specific training is also available.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT AGGRESSIVE DOGS OR DOGS WITH SEVERE SEPARATION ANXIETY.

ALL DOGS MUST BE CRATE-TRAINED- (FOR SAFETY REASONS THEY MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL, EAT AND SLEEP IN A CRATE)

My signature on this document indicates that I have read it and clearly understand all of its terms. In consideration of Me & My Dog LLC to watch my pet for the price as stated, I agree as follows :
1. I will be responsible for the actions of my dog if it causes any damage whatsoever, including but not limited to damage or injury to other dogs, people, or objects while in the care of Me & My Dog.
2.  Me & My Dog LLC is not responsible for any injury to, or damage, whatsoever caused to or by my dog while it is in the care of Me & My Dog.
3.  To indemnify Me & My Dog LLC, and its employees and servants from any loss, injury or damage they may suffer as a result of the actions of my dog.
4.  My dog is suitable to be in the care of Me & My Dog and is not aggressive toward people or other animals. My dog is obedient and capable of following instruction.
5.  I understand that there are risks involved in having my dog cared for by Me & My Dog. In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Me & My Dog to take my dog to the nearest vet considered to be the most suitable by Me & My Dog. I agree to pay all vet care required or advised, in the opinion of the vet up to the amount of $500. If the required care will exceed that amount, I know that Me & My Dog will try to contact me at the telephone numbers I have given in this waiver to achieve authorization.  If they cannot reach me, Me & My Dog is authorized to use they’re best judgment in deciding whether to go ahead with any form of treatment recommended by the vet, whether the cost of such treatment exceeds $500 or otherwise, and I agree to pay for all such care.
6.  I understand that having my dog in the company and environment of other dogs may involve risks regarding the contraction of illness. I understand that even regular vaccinations cannot completely guard against illness and disease, and that Me & My Dog cannot in any way prevent, nor are they responsible for, any illness that my dog might contract.
7.  I will ensure that my dog is and will be kept currently vaccinated.
8.  I agree to provide proof of current vaccinations.
*9- Drop off and pick up procedures:  Facemasks are now optional.
*10-Personal bedding, clothing (towels, t-shirts, etc.) are now permitted (nothing with snaps zippers, and/or buttons please).
*11-Favorite toys and or bones are acceptable *MeAndMyDog reserves final approval of all toys and/or chew treats in accordance to our Safety Protocols*
*12-Food must be in a travel safe container along with feeding instructions and brand name.
*13-ALL ‘TRANSFERS’ WILL BE DONE IN AN OUTSIDE ‘OPEN’ ENVIRONMENT  
 *14 -Supplements and/or OTC medications must be in their original containers with dosage instructions, Prescriptions must be in their original container with Veterinarians dosage instructions.
